The Student Board Member represents all of the student orchestra members in every section at the meetings held by the WVYS Board of Directors.
The WVYS Student Board Member for the 2023-24 season will be voted in during a rehearsal once we have enough students interested. This student representative will take the ideas, questions, and concerns of the musicians to the board meetings this year.
The Board meets typically one week prior to each concert in addition to a few meetings throughout the year.
