Audition Information

All instruments should prepare:

  1. One minute of a prepared solo. Choose a section that highlights your technique and musicality – the beginning might not be the best choice!
  2. Play a scale of your choice with the stipulations as outlined for your instrument.
  3. The prepared excerpts which are found below with the name of your instrument. You are to play all portions bracketed.
  4. If interested in being considered for principal of a string section, please be prepared to sightread.
